Inquiry and confirmation
A website form, WhatsApp message or availability question is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. The booking is confirmed only when Wayan’s Paon sends confirmation and any required payment step is completed.
Private group format
Public cooking experiences are arranged for the booking group only and are not intentionally combined with unrelated join-in guests.
Menu selection
Choose confirmed menu items within the dish allowance of the booked package. Slow-cooked or special-supply dishes may require advance notice. If an ingredient becomes unavailable, a substitution is discussed with the guest.
Children
Current planning: ages 0–4 free; ages 5–11 at 50% of the applicable adult rate; age 12+ adult rate.
Dietary needs
Guests must disclose allergies and dietary restrictions before confirmation. Adaptations are offered where feasible, but an allergen-free or zero-cross-contact environment is not promised.
Alcohol
Complimentary beer is for adults only and subject to local law, availability and responsible service. Non-alcoholic alternatives are available.
Transport
Pickup and return are included for guests staying in the Ubud area. For locations outside Ubud, an additional transport charge of approximately IDR 300,000–400,000 applies depending on location. Exact transport cost and pickup time are confirmed before booking.
Cancellation / refund
The final launch cancellation, reschedule and refund schedule must be stated in the confirmed quote/payment message. This theme deliberately does not invent a refund percentage that has not yet been locked for Wayan’s Paon.
